UKUUG Secretariat
The UKUUG Secretariat is based at the Manor House in Buntingford, Herts. Jane Morrison (Company Secretary and Administrator) works from the Manor House and deals with all UKUUG matters. At the beginning of 2001, the office moved from Owles Hall, to the Manor House. It is open and manned from 0900 until 1700 every week day, except bank holidays.
The Senior Administrator and company secretary is Jane Morrison, who has been actively involved with the UKUUG for many years. Jane is responsible for membership, conferences and meetings, minutes, book sales, invoicing, and much more besides. Jane normally answers the phone and many members will have met her at conferences and meetings.
Financial matters are dealt with by the secretariat who, as well as preparing monthly profit and loss accounts for the UKUUG Council, also prepares the books for annual audit.
