| No picture available | Alistair Riddoch has been involved in Free Software development since late 1996 when he joined the Linux 8086 kernel project, also know as ELKS, which he lead from Summer 1997 until the end of 1999. Alistair joined the WorldForge project in March 2000 and became coordinator of key parts of WorldForge in late 2000. He managed the release of the Acorn demo in July 2001 and is currently working on the transition to the next phase of WorldForge development. Alistair complete his masters degree in Electronic Engineering at the University of Southampton in 1997, and spent a year working as a Software Engineer at Philips Semiconductors, before returning to Southampton as a Systems Programmer. His current role also includes teaching interactive entertainment systems to undergraduates. 2002-04 |
