Tethys
No picture available

After being introduced to computers by seeing 3D Monster Maze on a ZX-81, Tet progressed to writing his own code on a variety of machines before finally being introduced to the wonders of Unix at University. This prompted him to implement his favourite shell commands for the Amiga. However, the first version of Linux was released shortly afterwards, and the need to complete the project vanished. He's been using Linux ever since.

He has interests in large system design, digital typography, firewalling and efficient use of computing resources (a trait sadly lacking in most modern software). Having worked for a variety of large corporates over the last few years, he is now hacking code for a 4 man company using statistical analysis to predict future trends.

When not sat in front of a computer, he can probably be found at a heavy metal gig or behind the wheel of a race car.
