Until 10 June there is an early-bird rate of £75 (£63.83+VAT).

The full range of prices is given in the tables below. Those from commercial enterprises are invited to pay at least £100 (incl. VAT).

MEMBERSHIP

This event is for UKUUG members only. UKUUG membership runs for the calendar year. Those joining now will only be charged half the rate when subscriptions fall due next January. If you are unsure of your membership status, please contact the UKUUG office.

Membership fees are: Institutional £170(+VAT), Individual £35(+VAT), and Student £20(+VAT).

Please print off a copy of this booking form and send it to: Jane Morrison at the address above. Use a separate form for each conference delegate.

You can make a telephone booking if you are paying by credit card.

All bookings will be acknowledged and VAT receipted invoices sent.

CANCELLATIONS: Unless a cancellation is made more than 10 days before the start of the event, no fees will be refunded. No cancellation will be accepted unless it is sent to the Secretariat in writing.
