High-density PowerPC Clusters -- Beowulf in a box

Adrian Cox of AG Electronics will demonstrate a cluster of PowerPC workstations in a single desktop box. The talk will cover the hardware and software issues of scientific and real-time computing in a small space. This will include the PowerPC G4, Altivec, and unconventional use of I2O.

Adrian Cox has been working on PowerPC operating systems since 66MHz processors, and no longer misses Transputers.
