Cancellations and Liability

It is regretted that no refund of Conference or Tutorial fees will be possible in cases of cancellation unless the cancellation is made by 30th June 2003. A £30 (inc VAT) cancellation fee will be deducted from any such refunds. No cancellation will be accepted unless it is sent to the Secretariat in writing. Substitutions may be made up to 4 days prior to the start of the event. Accommodation cancellations may incur charges of up to 100% depending on the closeness of the event and whether anybody else takes the room(s). Places must be paid for in full when making this booking.
