B&B information: - Lewes Court (en-suite & standard rooms)
Please note that delegates are asked to vacate their rooms by 09:00 hours
on the day of departure (10am on Sunday only). This allows for domestic staff
time to prepare for incoming groups.
Please note all delegates MUST return their keys promptly to the
porter's desk/reception.
Luggage can be stored in Lewes Court Porters lodge/reception until 17.45
hours.
Lewes Court Reception - booking in for B&B: - the reception is manned from
08.00 - 17.45 - Mon - Sat and 09.00 - 17.45 on Sundays. Outside these times
delegates must book in at the 24 hour reception in York House just a short
walk from Lewes Court.
Breakfast in Laines Restaurant - opening times:
*from 8.00 - 8.45 hours on Thursday & Friday
*from 7.00 - 8.30 on Saturday
*from 8.00 - 9.00 on Sunday and Monday.
*NOTE: Our group has been told we should take Breakfasts at the following
times:
Thurs - Sat - 08:00 - 08:30
Sunday & Monday 08:00 - 09:00
BADGES should be worn at all times when taking breakfast.
Car parking permits for on-site parking can be picked up from the UKUUG reg.

UKUUG registration desk - on Thursday 29th June (tutorial day) the
registration desk will be sited in Room A71 - this is the room where the half
day Tutorials (T.2 & T.3) will be held.
T.2 - half day tutorial morning only - Optimising MySQL by Mark Leith
T. 3 - half day tutorial afternoon only - Using SystemTap and kdump by Richard
J. Moore
T. 2 - Optimising MySQL - starts at 09:30
Tutorial T. 1 - full day tutorial - Building and Maintaining RPM packages by
Jos Vos will be held in room A4D
T. 1 Building and Maintaining RPM packages - starts at 09:30
T. 3 Using SystemTap and kdump - starts at 14:00
For the conference on Friday, Saturday & Sunday the UKUUG registration desk
along with the O'Reilly book stall and other table tops will be situated in
Meeting House Quiet Room.
The UKUUG registration desk will open at 09:30 on Friday 30th June for
delegates to pick up their badges etc.
The conference will be held in Arts A1 & A2 lecture theatres.
Conference Dinner - sponsored by Positive Internet:
The dinner will be held at Al Duomo (Italian Restaurant) on Friday 30th June -
19:30 for 20:00. It will consist of a 3 course meal with wine and coffee.
