Please note that registration is done via the Spring 2008 shopping cart: choose your options here, and add them to the cart. Then when you go to the checkout, your address and contact details will be taken and used for conference registration. Please be sure to enter your email address correctly.
You may pay by secure online credit or debit card transaction, or send a cheque by post. Card payments take place over ssl through the UKUUG's Payment Services Provider using full 128 bit encryption and are secured by Verisign.
After payment you will be sent an Invoice, and a Registration Ticket: print this out and keep it, it's your pass into Spring 2008.

About Booking Your Place at Spring 2008
Here is some extra information about what you're booking.
Conference Place
The price for this depends upon your class of membership:
- Normal member rate up to 25th March 2008 - £195
- Normal non-member rate up to 25th March 2008 - £230
- Commercial member rate up to 25th March 2008 - £240
- Commercial non-member rate up to 25th March 2008 - £290
- Concessionary member rate up to 25th March 2008 - £80
The concessionary rate applies to concessionary members of the UKUUG only.
This is what you're getting:
- Your place at Spring 2008 for 2 days, 1st/2nd April
- A Spring 2008 tee shirt
- The conference CD, plus hand outs from our generous sponsors
- One place at the conference dinner, Tuesday 1st April, provided that you book in time.
The Conference Dinner will be held on Tuesday 1st April at The Novotel Hotel, 70 Broad Street, Birmingham B1 2HT, just a few minutes' walk from the Conference venue. This year due to kind sponsorship from Google we are able to offer the Dinner free of charge to all Conference delegates, please note however that you must complete the booking form to indicate that you wish to attend, and if you leave it too late places may be limited.
Extra guest tickets are available at £30 including VAT.
We're using the Shopping Cart for conference registration, so please make sure you enter your contact details correctly, especially your email address which will be used to send you details of the conference. Please make sure that your spam filters do not block emails from ukuug.org, otherwise you will not receive Conference information. To help us, please restrict your booking to one delegate at a time. If you want more, please make separate bookings (see the booking help).
Extra Dinner Places
You may reserve extra places at the Conference Dinner, for example for friends and family.
Tutorial Bookings
There are three tutorials on Monday 31st March, on Python, Perl and PF. Prices for a full-day tutorial are:
- Commercial - £120
- Individual - £85
- Concession - £60
