Lunch is optional; a buffet lunch is available at £12.00+VAT each day.

If you require hotel accommodation for the night of 13 February at the Royal National Hotel, please complete the details on the booking form. En-suite room with full English breakfast cost £56.17 +VAT

Please complete the booking form and send to Jane Morrison at the UKUUG Secretariat. All bookings will be acknowledged and VAT invoices sent together with maps and further details on accommodation etc.

BOOKING DEADLINE: 8 February 2002.

CANCELLATIONS: It is regretted that no refund of fees will be possible in cases of cancellation, unless the cancellation is made more than ten days before the start of the event. No cancellation will be accepted unless it is sent to the Secretariat in writing.

LIABILITY: The UKUUG will not accept any responsibility for damage to property or injury to person during the entire event.
