Winter Conference 2003

18-19 February 2003

The 2003 LISA/Winter Conference will be held 18-19 February 2003. The conference is preceded by a tutorial on IPv6. We have now secured additional space for the tutorial, so bookings are once again being taken. The conference proper will start after lunchtime on the Tuesday and run through to the afternoon on the Wednesday.

The conference will be held at The Institute of Physics, London W1.

As usual, O'Reilly and Associates will be selling their books at a 25% discount at the conference. If you wish to ensure that specific books are available, email sarahm@oreilly.co.uk before the 11th February with the title, ISBN and your name, saying you will pick it up at the conference. There will be the usual selection of books available.

Speaker information is now available. Pointers to accommodation are also available. Please note that there are no negotiated discounts at a preferred hotel currently available. Full conference details are available as a PDF here, along with a PDF of the booking form.

A special arrangement for students at London Universities is available

The UKUUG wishes to encourage discussion on all aspects of systems and their administration and is especially interested in papers covering theory and practice, high-availability, performance, network management, novel solutions to practical problems, integration, interoperability, and security (including the business, legal and moral issues).
