Prices

  1. Standard:
    £150.00 plus VAT (£176.25) to include: Conference on both days, all refreshments, lunch on Tuesday, Conference dinner on Monday, B & B at the College on Monday night.
  2. Without accommodation or Conference dinner:
    £80 plus VAT (£94.00) to include Conference on 2 days, all refreshments and lunch on Tuesday
  3. Extra conference dinners:
    £32 plus Vat (£37.60). 8.00 p.m. on Monday, 13 December
Please complete the booking form (PDF) and post to Jane Morrison at the UKUUG Secretariat. If you cannot read PDF files and haven't received a Booking Form in the post, you may need to print off the PostScript or HTML version.

All bookings will be acknowledged and VAT invoices sent together with further details on accommodation.

CANCELLATIONS
It is regretted that no refund of fees will be possible in cases of cancellation, unless the cancellation is made more than 10 days before the start of the event. No cancellation will be accepted unless it is sent to the Secretariat in writing.

LIABILITY:
The UKUUG will not accept any responsibility for damage to property or injury to person during the entire event.
