We have managed to secure overnight accommodation for delegates within the campus at Chandos Hall (student hall of residence) which is just across the road from the Renold building.
The bedrooms are single bedded and have washbasins. The price of £22.90 per night includes continental breakfast and VAT.
Further hotel accommodation has been secured at the Jarvis Piccadilly Hotel which is a short walk from the Renold Building.This is now full, but as an alternative, rooms are still available in the Weston Building, which is also conveniently situated opposite the Renold buildling.
The price of £54.00 per night includes breakfast and VAT.
Accommodation for both Chandos Hall and the Jarvis Piccadilly Hotel must be booked using the booking form - please note rooms in the Piccadilly Hotel cannot be guaranteed after 29th May but rooms in Chandos Hall can be booked up to 14th June.
As bookings have now closed, if you intend to attend
first contact the secretariat to advise of your attendance,
and, once that is confirmed, you will need to find to your own accommodation (see below);
payment for the conference will be at the door.
