Registration Fees

The original 4-page A5 booklet is also available as a PDF. Note that some of the information in it may be out-of-date. A PDF booking form is available here. If you are paying by credit card you can book by phoning the Secretariat on +44 (0) 1763 273 475.

The conference fee covers Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. It includes access to the two parallel conference sessions and the tutorials on those days. Refreshments and lunches are included, courtesy of Intel and Google. There are separate charges for Wednesday - for the tutorials and for lunch.

Discounts

We were offering one-third off the conference and tutorial fees for bookings paid for by 31st July.

Members of the following national Unix User Groups: UKUUG, GUUG, NLUUG, DKUUG, EurOpen.SE, SUUG and AUUG receive 25% off. Members of XML UK also receive the same 25% off. (If you belong to more than one of these groups you still only receive this discount once.)

We have a limited number of places subsidised by Google, with two-thirds off for students (proof of status required) and also for linux developers who would otherwise be unable to afford to attend (please submit justification in about 300 words to office@ukuug.org in confidence, describing (i) your linux development work, including URLs; (ii) the anticipated benefits from your attendance; (iii) your financial circumstances).

If more than one of the three discounts (early-bird, members, student/developer) applies, they should be compounded by multiplying them together. The effect of the various combinations of discounts is shown below.

Late-booking fee

Bookings received or amended after Friday 17th August may be subject to a late-booking fee of £40 (inc. VAT).

Cancellation

All bookings are non-refundable, but substitutions may be made free of charge until Friday 17th August, or after that date subject to the late-booking fee.

Please book ASAP to guarantee accommodation.
