Marcus Hardt - Karlsruhe Institute of TechnologyGridSolve: A nice tool for distributed computingGrid Computing as it has evolved in the past years, lacks API style access, so that remote resources can be used via procedure calls. This presentation will show the integration of gLite style grid resources into the GridSolve tool. GridSolve provides bindings for many different programminglanguages, including C/C++, Java, Fortran and even commercial Problem Solving Environments (PSEs) like Matlab. In order to demonstrate the real-life applicabilaty, I can show my current work on computing Volume Graphics from Ultrasound Tomography Data. |
